Hi,
I am from a technical background(more specifically IT field). I need help with some websites to keep me updated on imp things like technical news,career related trends,salary trends, results of surveys etc, which areas are hot etc, . Also I was looking for some good online resource to give me global perspective on things - career,earning living trends in various countries,lifestyles etc and would like to broaden my perspectives. News mostly give you an idea of singular event, but I would like to have a global,high level idea of things to make a solid background. The only thing I read now is really slashdot.org . Any suggestions?
