Ceiling salary in call centers in the Philippines?

I have been asked to do this survey...


Can you guys tell me, based on experience or knowledge how much (the maximum or highest) can an AGENT, TEAM LEADER/SUPERVISOR, QA ANALYST, TRAINER, AND EXCUTIVE OFFICER/ACCOUNT MANAGER get/earn as a salary in the PHILIPPINES?





You can also tell me the company where they have those salaries, just to have more answers.





I mean the very ceiling of it...After every appraisal or longetivity of ones tenure.

well, i've seen a few call center payslips and here is what i can tell you:





there is no universal rule to cap or put a ceiling on salaries of people in the BPO industry. it think that is silly. it all depends on the company and the appraisal.





POSITION - BASIC SALARY


AGENT - P8k to P18k


TEAM LEADER - P15k to P40k


QA - P15k to P25k


TRAINER - P15k to P40k


MANAGERS - P25k to P50k
